Overview
At HackyHub, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully and in its entirety before initiating any return or refund request. By completing a purchase on hackyhub.co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier. The 30-day window begins on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered — not the date the customer discovers or opens the package. Requests submitted after this 30-day window has expired will not be accepted under any circumstances, and no exceptions will be made.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items promptly upon delivery and to contact us within the eligibility window if an issue exists.
Return Conditions — All of the Following Must Be Met
To qualify for a return, ALL of the conditions listed below must be satisfied. Returns that do not meet every condition will be declined:
- Item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition
- Item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all original tags, labels, inserts, and accessories intact
- Item must not have been washed, worn, installed, assembled, or used in any way
- Proof of purchase (original order confirmation email or order number) must be provided
- The return request must be submitted via email to infohackyhub@yahoo.com before any item is shipped back — unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense
- Item must be received by HackyHub within 14 calendar days of return authorization being issued
HackyHub reserves the right to inspect all returned items and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the conditions above have been met. Items that arrive damaged, used, incomplete, or outside the return window will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Downloadable or digital products
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Consumable products that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or with discount codes of 20% or more
- Bundled items — the entire bundle must be returned; partial bundle returns will not be accepted
No exceptions will be made for the categories listed above, regardless of the reason for the return request.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us at infohackyhub@yahoo.com within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. Your message must include:
- Your full name and order number
- A detailed written description of the defect or discrepancy
- Clear photographic or video evidence clearly showing the defect or the incorrect item received
Claims submitted without photographic or video evidence will not be processed. HackyHub reserves the right to evaluate all evidence and determine whether the issue constitutes a manufacturer defect. Normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic variations, or issues resulting from customer misuse do not qualify as defects. If a valid defect is confirmed, HackyHub may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified HackyHub error (e.g., wrong item shipped, confirmed manufacturer defect). Return shipping costs are non-refundable in all other cases.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. HackyHub is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If a returned package does not arrive at our facility, no refund will be issued.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection after receipt of the item.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. HackyHub does not issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method than the one used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. HackyHub has no control over your bank's processing times.
If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer and the customer will be charged the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
HackyHub does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must initiate a return (subject to all eligibility conditions above) and place a new separate order. Returns approved for exchange purposes are subject to the same conditions as all other returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, email infohackyhub@yahoo.com immediately with your order number in the subject line. HackyHub cannot guarantee that cancellation requests submitted after the 2-hour window will be honored. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process if eligible.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us at infohackyhub@yahoo.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently banned from hackyhub.co and the dispute being contested with your financial institution using all available order documentation.
Changes to This Policy
HackyHub reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to hackyhub.co. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the then-current policy.
