Overview
This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods, timelines, and conditions that apply to all orders placed on hackyhub.co. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below. Please read this policy in full before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
HackyHub reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high order volume, promotional events, product launches, or other circumstances at our discretion. During these periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will not be individually notified of extended processing times — it is the customer's responsibility to account for this when placing an order.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- High Demand Periods: Up to 14 business days after fulfillment
During periods of high demand — including but not limited to promotional sales, product launches, holidays, and peak shopping seasons — shipping and delivery times may extend to up to 14 business days. HackyHub will make reasonable efforts to indicate active high demand periods on the website, but is not obligated to do so.
All shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. HackyHub is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, natural disasters, or any other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
HackyHub ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers at our discretion. The carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of fulfillment. HackyHub reserves the right to select the carrier for any order without prior notice to the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. HackyHub is not responsible for tracking delays on the carrier's end.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at infohackyhub@yahoo.com before assuming your order is lost.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. HackyHub is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipment fees before the order is resent. HackyHub will not issue a refund for original shipping costs in this scenario.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at infohackyhub@yahoo.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or fulfilled.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, HackyHub ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing. Any order placed with an ineligible shipping address may be cancelled and refunded at HackyHub's discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
HackyHub is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or others at your address
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
- Checking with your local post office
If you believe your package was lost in transit before delivery confirmation, contact us at infohackyhub@yahoo.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of HackyHub's control. HackyHub reserves the right to require a carrier investigation to be completed before issuing any replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt and contact us at infohackyhub@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 3 days or without photographic evidence will not be processed. HackyHub reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled, unless the return is the result of a verified HackyHub error.
Changes to This Policy
HackyHub reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to hackyhub.co. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the then-current policy.
