By accessing or using hackyhub.co, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our website immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses HackyHub.

All products listed on hackyhub.co are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. HackyHub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in the product listing.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. HackyHub reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely. HackyHub does not store your full payment information.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order on hackyhub.co constitutes an offer to purchase. HackyHub reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product unavailability, or pricing errors. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any payment collected will be refunded.
An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation email from HackyHub.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. HackyHub is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. HackyHub is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In such cases, re-shipment fees may apply.
Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing from HackyHub, you agree to the terms of that policy in full.
Intellectual Property
All content on hackyhub.co — including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, and site design — is the exclusive property of HackyHub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without prior written permission from HackyHub.
